Samsung Galaxy A52 5G

The Galaxy A52 5G will be the successor to one of the best-selling Samsung phones in the world and now we have been able to take a look at its design thanks to a leak. We tell you what we know about this terminal so far.

Until the arrival of the Galaxy A42 5G , which landed on the market last October, Samsung’s cheapest 5G mobile was the Galaxy A51 5G , something that has allowed it to become one of the best-selling smartphones of the South Korean brand globally.

Samsung is already working on its successor, and now we have been able to see what the design of the Galaxy A52 5G will look like in the first leaked images of the terminal. The photographs come to us through a post on Voice by Steve Hemmerstoffer, a very popular leaker better known as @OnLeaks , and reveal that the appearance of the device will hardly vary from the current model.

As you can see in the images, the Samsung Galaxy A52 5G will be equipped with a screen with a discreet chin on the bottom and a hole on the top to house the front camera. OnLeaks indicates that the panel size will be 6.5 inches, the same as the current model.

In the back we find the camera module located in the upper left corner, like the Galaxy A51 5G. At first glance, the arrangement of the cameras is different from the current model. The first line of three cameras remains the same, but now the fourth sensor appears located above the LED flash instead of below, as it happens in the A51.

Regarding the material of the back cover, Hemmerstoffer explains that, although he has no confirmation, he believes that it is the same Glasstic material designed by Samsung, which looks like glass but is actually a plastic compound. The edge will be crowned by a metal frame, and its measurements will be 159.9 x 75.1 x 8.4 mm, with a bulge of almost 10 mm on the rear camera.

OnLeaks confirms that the Galaxy A52 5G will feature the fingerprint sensor integrated under the display, as well as that it will come with a 3.5mm headphone jack. Regarding the price, he believes that it will be similar to its predecessor.

From previous rumors we know that Samsung’s new 5G mobile could equip the Snapdragon 750G processor, which would be accompanied by 6 GB of RAM . In the photographic section we would see a four-camera system with a 64 Mpx main sensor and an 8 Mpx macro camera, and it would arrive in four colors: black, white, orange and blue.

Since there is no official confirmation, at the moment we cannot take anything for granted and we will have to wait for Samsung to pronounce itself.
